Interim Week
I keep forgetting to update because I’m more of a pen and paper person when it comes to logging workouts. It’s much more detailed in my tattered notebook- emphasizing data rather on feelings.

Diet
- Calorie average for the week: 1558
- 1500 target cals for cardio days, 1600 for lifting days, and 1400 for the rest day.
Cardio
- Taebo Cardio and Low Impact Cardio Circuit
Strength
- Full body circuit alternating between upper and lower body using the same weight for an exercise. Focus is strength.
FULL BODY WORKOUT
Circuit 1: db chest press/narrow front squat (4 sets)
Circuit 2: 1-arm db row/straight leg deadlift (4 sets)
Circuit 3: lunges 6 (4 sets)/overhead press (3 sets)
- Also started using my Ab Wheel that’s been collecting dust. Only did a session of 3 sets of 10 reps front and 1×10 oblique rollouts on my knees with toes touching the floor. It’s supposed to work the deeper muscles in your abdomen and I definitely felt it the next day including my shoulders.
