Sun, 04.13.08I’m redoing week 9 because 2 workouts in a week isn’t so great. Hopefully I’ll be more motivated this coming 4 weeks after not working out for more than a week.

UPPER BODY (54 min)
Increased my maximum weight on floor presses to 35lb! I was also able to complete 6 reps of shoulder presses with 25lb successfully!

TAEBO Total Body (54 min)
I forgot that this workout isn’t as intense because it incorporates weights.
