I didn’t do cardio again last week. I planned to do it on Saturday and Sunday but that didn’t happen. On a happier note, I realized that I’ve been actually using 30lb in some of the exercises instead of 25lb. I looked at the wrong column of the Powerblock chart. I need to shift some of the weights in the exercises this week and correct my error.
