I didn’t do any cardio at all this week. Doing Taebo or P90 didn’t seem exciting for some reason this week. I’m tweaking my weightlifing regimen starting tomorrow which should last for 4 weeks. I just realized that I’ve been working out for 6 months now which is quite a record for me. Hopefully I’ll still be at this for another 6 months.
