02.18 UPPER BODY ROUTINE (45 min)
Notes:
Decided to do overhead presses and hammer curls while standing.

02.19 TAEBO Cardio (42 min)

02.20-21 Rest days. I got distracted on the second unplanned rest day.

02.22 LOWER BODY + ARMS ROUTINE (48 min)

Notes:
On the one-arm rows, I tried to keep the tension on my muscle throughout the whole movement. Form still suffers on the 20lb overhead triceps extension.

I’m planning to update weekly from now on. As for my diet, I’m back to counting calories after not doing it for about 2 months. I don’t seem to be losing weight so I need to watch my calories again.

Notes: I lessened some of the rest time between each exercise. I increased the weight on the calf raises.

- 2 sets of 20; I also did 2 sets of 20 yesterday.

My calves were slightly sore today but it didn’t hinder my workout.

Pushup (on fists)
2 sets of 20; My knuckles were facing forward just like the normal position for pushups when doing them on my palms. I usually have my knuckles facing out from my sides like the position featured in that Perfect Pushup product.

UPPER BODY ROUTINE (45 min)
Notes: I took 30s rests between sets of unilateral exercises for the triceps and back. I paused in the middle of a set of overhead press. I think it was the last 12rep set. I  just realized that I’m doing a low hammer curl when using 20lb.

Pushups
- 2 sets of 20; The first set was on my fists while the second was on my palms. Doing them on my palms was so much easier and faster but my wrists were really uncomfortable. Pushups on fists are actually more challenging and my wrists are comfortable.

I’ve had a low-level headache practically all day. It actually started last night maybe 2 hours after my lower body workout. I was not happy when I woke up and the headache was still there. It’s an odd headache really. I feel it more as a pressure on my skull when I move a certain way. I just have a feeling of something hanging around my temple and right side of my head. I took Tylenol but it didn’t really help. At least it’s tolerable that I can function. Anyways, I’m glad it didn’t hinder my workout although I felt stabs of it during the jumping portions of the workout.

LOWER BODY + ARMS ROUTINE (56 min)
Notes: Squats were great today. I think I did the romanian deadlifts correctly since I could feel it on my hamstrings but I did have a lot of pauses during each set. I added triceps and biceps because the workout was too short. Both sections were a bit easier from two days ago but still a challenge.

Pushups (on fists)
- 2 sets of 20; I need to them early in the morning from now on so I won’t forget.

I didn’t workout yesterday. My trapeziuses were really sore which would have affected all my upper body exercises. So glad that they were better when I woke up today. My left forearm was fine but I decided to wait until today to do pushups.

UPPER BODY ROUTINE (55 min)
Notes: I decided to forgo the 6reps of overhead press with 25lb. I’ll try again in a few weeks. 20lb on the hammer curls is still too tough. I’m going to try 30s rests between sets on some of the exercises next time.

Pushups (on fists)
- 4 sets of 20; I’m doing the extra 40reps tomorrow.

Ab Ripper 150

There are sore muscles as a result of yesterday’s workout but not on the anticipated muscles. My upper body is sore instead of my lower body especially my shoulders, trapezius, and upper back. I’m also skipping pushups today because my left forearm is sore. I felt it yesterday but it’s much worse today.  Hopefully the soreness will be tolerable enough tomorrow that I can do my upper body routine.
